2.Ticket Purchase and Payment
2.1 In order to purchase any Products from our Website, you must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 All prices displayed on our Website are in EUR and include VAT.
2.3 We accept payment by Bancontact, credit cards, and Apple Pay through the STRIPE payment gateway.
2.4 Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you an email confirmation of your order, which will include the details of your purchase and a QR code that grants you entry to the event.
2.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock or payment processing errors. If your order is cancelled, we will refund your payment in full within 14 business days.
2.6 All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund Policy
All sales of tickets for the Event are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. In the event of a cancellation of the Event, we will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket(s) purchased. No other refunds will be issued.
3.1 Tickets purchased through the Anaya website are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or if otherwise stated in writing by the Organizers.
3.2 In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only. No other costs or expenses incurred by the ticket holder in connection with the Event will be refunded.
3.3 In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email, and refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3.4 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event at any time for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of God, government regulation, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
4.Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in our Website and Products, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by Anaya and/or our licensors.
4.2 You may not use any content from our Website or Products without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability

7.4 The Organizers may use the ticket holder’s image, voice or likeness in any live or recorded video, photograph, or other medium of the Event. The ticket holder hereby consents to such use and waives all rights to compensation or approval for such use.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

8.4 By providing personal information, ticket holders consent to the processing and transfer of such information as necessary for the purposes of the Event.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket holder and the Organizers and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
